- Established Business – 5 yrs in the industry or principal managers with 10+ years in the industry
- No outstanding lawsuits, liens, or other legal actions against the company
- Company should be licensed in the state and municipality where they are domiciled
- Company should be licensed to conduct business in the state(s) they operate in
- General Liability & Auto: $5M
- Bondable – must be able to obtain a performance bond for any work contracted
- Workers Compensation – Statutory Limits at appropriate employee classifications
- I-9 verified eligible workers
